Our Mission
The Mission of SHSA is to create a platform from where the expertise of established Haitian American Administrators will promote effective global practices for aspiring administrators. We are aiming at promoting equity, 21st Century Leadership Skills, advocacy and empowerment, while we unequivocally enhance educational opportunities for all.
Our Vision
Our vision is three-prong: To encourage the ascendance of more Haitian American supervisors and Administrators into the NYCDOE; mentor new administrators to become proficient school leaders; and empower parents to participate more effectively in all schools related activities.
